Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BidBlast. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us straight away if you believe an account has been used without permission.

New accounts start with a free trial. No card is required to begin. When the trial ends the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen; existing projects and files are not deleted at that point. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.

Use BidBlast to send project documents to people who expect to receive them. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk email, to upload content you do not have the right to distribute, or to attempt to reach other customers' data.

The drawings, specifications and contact records you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store them, to display them to the recipients you nominate, and to operate the service.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides.

You may cancel at any time from the billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Bid deadlines are your responsibility. The service records activity to help you follow a bid, but you should not rely on it as the only record of a legally significant event.
